To Make
- Cut the four sides of the tofu box. Place under slow running water to float tofu from the box.
- Place a plate over the box and flip over. Hold tofu box to plate and drain away excess water. Remove box. Slice tofu into 8 slices.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Scoop sauce over tofu and garnish with chopped chillies and cilantro leaves. Serve immediately.
