- Blanch bok choy in boiling water with 1 tsp oil. Drain and set aside.
- Heat remaining oil in a wok, stir-fry prawns for 3 mins and add chilli garlic sauce and sugar.
- Add bok choy and toss.
- Arrange on a plate and serve with rice.
