To Prep
- Combine the charsiu sauce, five-spice powder and oil in a large bowl. Add the pork fillets and marinate for at least 30 mins or for up to 2 hrs.
To Cook
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line the base of a baking dish with baking paper. Remove the pork fillets from the marinade and lay in the dish.
- Cook for about 40 mins, basting occasionally and turning over halfway through the cooking time, until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and brush with the honey while still warm.
- Cover with foil and rest for 5 mins before slicing.
