To Prep

1. Soak the raw peanuts overnight in water to soften.

To Cook

1. Combine all of the ingredients in to a medium pot with a lid and bring to a boil.
2. Once the pot has reached a boil, reduce to a simmer and braise the peanuts for 2 hours or until soft.
