To Cook
- In a stock pot, heat up braised meat sauce.
- Halfway through, add in boiled eggs and dried bean curd. Let boil on low heat for 3-4 mins, allowing the eggs and bean curd to absorb the flavour from the sauce.
- Place rice in serving bowls, scoop 3-4 tbsp of braised meat sauce with bean curd and egg onto rice and serve hot.
