To Make
- Mix mince mix ingredients well. Portion into 100g patties. This should make about 12 pieces.
- Lightly coat each patty with flour, then egg & milk mixture, and panko breadcrumbs to finish off.
- Fry in oil preheated to 180°C until cooked through.
- Serve on a plate with the salad of your choice and tonkatsu sauce.
