Wok-fried Prawns with Lime and Coriander


Go on a fiery ride with this Wok-fried Prawns with Lime and Coriander for an easy weeknight dinner. Pair it with a bowl of steamed rice for the perfect dinner.

Ingredients:

750g medium-sized green prawns (peeled and deveined)
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce
1 lime (juice and zest)
½ cup coriander leaves (finely chopped)

Marinade

4 tbsp Thai sweet chilli sauce
3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil




Steps:
  1. Mix prawns with marinade ingredients. Cover and chill in the fridge for 15 mins.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil in a pan and saute prawns for 6-8 mins until done.
  3. Remove from the heat, then stir in the oyster sauce, lime zest and juice, remaining 1 tbsp oil and coriander to serve.

Hint: Prawns can be replaced with chicken or other meat
