1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 bunch chinese celery (washed and cut into 6-7cm pieces)
1 medium onion (sliced thinly)
4 shiitake mushrooms (soaked in warm water for 15 mins and sliced thinly)
2 tbsp black bean sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp cooking oil
