Thai Noodles

A delicious meal with a strong spicy taste.

Cuisine :

Thai

Ingredients :

1 kg chicken breast fillet
5 Tablespoons of fish sauce
Jar of Valcom Red Curry Paste
Two bags of Bean Sprouts
One bunch of spring onions
Two teaspoons of garlic
5 tablespoons of lime juice freshly squeezed
1/3 tablespoon of coriander paste
two packets of rice noodles
oil

Cooking Steps :

Cut and prepare spring onion into 1 cm pieces.
Cut and prepare chicken
Put chicken in bowl and mix with curry paste
Oil in pan/wok heating up
boil large pot of water with lid off
put garlic in pan/wok
chicken and curry paste in pan
once nearly cooked through add 5 tablespoons of fish sauce
put in 5 tablespoons of lime juice
put in 1/3 tablespoon of coriander paste
stir through
when chicken cooked put in spring onions and bean sprouts
once water is boiled put noodles in with lid off for three minutes
drain noodles
put noodles in pan/wok with other ingredients
stir through until noodles soaked through with sauce and its all mixed together
serve.
