3x400ml coconut milk

Soak noodles 10min
Make spice paste, garlic,chilli,lemongrass,turmeric,lime leaves.Process in a food processor.
Place oil in fry pan add spice paste and fry until fragrant. Add coconut milk,honey,and tamarind bring to the boil. Add chicken and bring back to the boil. Turn off heat and stand for 5min until cooked through. Add fish sauce,lime juice and cabbage. Return pan to medium heat cook for 1min.
Divide noodles in bowls and spoon in laksa. Garnish with bean sprouts,basil,coriander and fried shallots.
