Chicken curry and coconut with peas

Cuisine :

Thai

Ingredients :

1/2 kg chicken breasts
1 cup Basmarti rice
1 Large onion
100g Valcom yellow curry paste
400g TCC Premium coconut milk
1 Cup peas
2 Cloves fresh garlic
1 Table spoon fresh ginger
1 Teaspoon smoked paprika
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

Cooking Steps :

Cook Rice
Brown chicken in 1 tablespoon oil
Remove chicken from pan.
Cook onion in remaining oil then add, Garlic, paprika, curry paste, Ginger and coconut milk.
Add chicken and peas to pan, simmer for 10 minutes.
Place rice in a bowl, add sauce mix and enjoy.
