Jade Kew is a classy Chinese restaurant in Kew specialising in classic Chinese food. Although, a little pricier than others, make up for it with generous portions—they don’t skimp on the quality either. The kitchen team is led by Chef Sing, who’s been cooking professionally for 41 years. We tried out a few of their dishes. Our favourite was the Pan Fried Pi-Pa Bean Curd with Light Chinese Mushroom Sauce, but the Delux Combination Hot Pot with Abalone, with a few whole duck feet, might be a bit confronting for some.
