Dodee Paidang is part of a chain of Thai restaurants developed by restauranteur Somporn Phosri. Their philosophy is serving up authentic Thai street food, in addition to dishes created in the Dodee kitchen. You won’t be find any Thai fusion here though, so be ready for big, bold authentic Thai fare. They don’t hold anything back on their flavours and spice, so you’ve been warned!

Their signature Tom Yum noodles are available in 7 levels of spiciness. Get the Super Nova if you’re feeling brave, we dare you!

For those who can’t handle the heat, there are plenty of milder options that won’t have you reaching for a glass of water. Aside from their delicious noodle soups, they’ve got all your favourite Thai soups, curries, salads, noodle and rice dishes. You really can’t go wrong with anything off their menu.

Try out the Tom Yum Soup, the Pad Thai, and a whole fish if you’re with your friends or family. If there’s still room left (if not, make room!), try out some of their desserts. Of course, there’s the go-to Mango with Sticky Rice, but we also love the Fried Bread with Pandan Custard. Give it a try!
