To Make
- Cut the pork ribs one by one with a rib cage each and then clean and dry with kitchen paper towel. And then put all of the marinade sauce together and marinate the pork ribs for about 12 hours.
- Preheat the air fryer to 150 degrees Celsius. Use foil to cover and wrap around all the pork ribs and air fry for 30 minutes.
- After 30 mins, open the foil to expose the top side of the pork ribs. Brush the coating sauce on the pork ribs, and then turn the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius and continue to air fry for 15 minutes. Half way through, brush the pork ribs again with more of the sauce.
- To serve, [lace the pork ribs on the plate, sprinkle with some toasted white sesame seeds.
