To Make
- Preheat oven to fan-forced grill at 220°C.
- In a shallow dish, combine ABC Sweet Soy Sauce Kecap Manis, rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and ½ tbsp sesame oil then mix well. Add salmon, set aside for 30-60 mins.
- In a large bowl, mix onion, ginger, remaining sesame oil, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Lay salmon fillets flat on baking paper and bake for 10-12 mins, basting with remaining marinade half way between cooking time.
- Add broccolini to the large bowl in step 3 and toss to coat evenly then mix through the coriander.
- Plate salmon with broccolini, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Garnish with chilli.
