To Make
- In a small bowl, combine ABC Chilli Sauce, ABC Sweet Soy Sauce, and garlic. Mix well.
- Pat the fish fillets dry, season with salt and pepper on both sides and sit the fillets in the marinade, skin side up.
- Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Gently remove fish from the marinade and place into the frying pan, skin side down, cooking for 3 minutes until golden brown. Turn fillet over and cook for a further 3-4 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Turn heat down to medium-low and cover pan with a lid if using thicker fillets, adding a splash of water if marinade starts to catch.
- Serve with a wedge of lime, sliced chilli, spring onion and a side of steamed asian greens.
