To Make
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bow and pop aside
- For the beef, heat oil in non-stick pan or wok on high heat. Add beef and cook, breaking it up as you stir. Cook until you can’t see any more raw meat normally around 4-5 min
- Add chilli and broccoli and stir fry for a minute.
- Add sauce, allow to bubble then stir constantly. Cook for about 5 minutes until caramelised and sauce is reduced.
- Add a handful of spring onions and stir for a minute (keep a little to garnish each bowl).
- Add 1 tbsp of water to the mix just before serving to make a little saucier.
- Add rice to a bowl, top with meat mixture.
- Add suggested garnish ingredients (radish, spring onions, sesame seeds, cucumber and coleslaw mix) to the top of the bowl.
- Pop some Kewpie Mayo on the side.If you like it hot add drizzle of extra sriracha to the top! Brilliant spicy mid week meal!
