To Cook
- Combine oyster sauce with pork in a bowl and set aside to marinate for 15 mins.
- Heat oil in a fry pan or wok over medium – high heat and cook pork until lightly browned and cooked through.
- Combine plum sauce and corn flour. Add to pan with spring onion, strawberries and water. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 mins.
- Spoon sauce over pork, scatter with coriander and serve.
