To Cook

1. Mix pork with marinade.
2. Heat up oil in a pan and stir fry pork fillet until cooked through. Add fresh bean curd sticks and shiitake mushrooms and toss for 1 min.
3. Stir in sauce mix ingredients and cook over low heat until sauce thickens. Dish out and serve.
