To Cook
- Put the finely chopped chives into a small bowl and crack an egg into it. Mix well, then add a punch of salt and pepper.
- Cut the tofu into 1.5cm thick, 4cm wide slices.
- Coat the tofu slices with corn starch and then dip it into chive and egg mixture.
- Heat up the pan and pour some oil into it. Lay the slices one by one and fry until both sides are golden brown.
- Mix all the seasonings in a small dipping bowl and serve with the fried tofu.
