Directions
To Cook
- Cut firm tofu into 3×3 cm cubes and coat with cornflour. Shake off excess flour.
 - Arrange them into an air fryer basket and lightly spray some cooking oil over the coated tofu.
 - Set air fryer temperature to 180°C and air fry for 12-15 mins.
 - Mix all the sauce ingredients together till brown sugar dissolved.
 - Toss the air-fried tofu into sauce and mix them around to coat.
 - Plate them onto a plate and garnish them with some chopped spring onions.
