To Prep
- Slice pork into thin slices.
- Separately, in a blender, blend all marinade ingredients together and marinate pork slices overnight (or at least 2-4 hours).
- To make the dipping sauce, combine all ingredients “For Dipping Sauce” in a small bowl and mix well.
To Cook
- Thread marinated pork slices onto satay sticks and place into air fryer basket.
- Air fry 15-18 mins at 180°C and baste with some cooking oil midway.
- Serve with dipping sauce, coriander and birds eye chillies.
