To Prep
- Combine hoisin sauce, char siu sauce, sesame oil and honey into a bowl. Add pork and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for at least 30 mins.
To Cook
- Heat up the pan with oil and cook pork loins until golden brown on both sides. Alternatively, you can cook on a hot barbeque or grill, basting with the remaining marinade. Garnish with chive leaves before serving.
