To Make
- Mix all ingredients together except red chilli in a medium mixing bowl.
- Divide into 8-10 equal portions, shape into balls and flatten into round discs, then press a slice of red chilli on the top.
- Heat up a frying pan with 2-3 tbsp of oil and fry the chilli side first for 3-4 mins or until golden.
- Flip over and do the same. Repeat with the rest.
