To Make
- Mix all marinade ingredients. Pour marinade over meat and mix well. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Heat a wok or frying pan and oil with sesame oil. Cook beef on high heat, for about 2 minutes or until beef is cooked through.
- To make an optional Ssamjang sauce (Korean dipping sauce) to serve bulgolgi with, combine all Ssamjang sauce ingredients together until well combined.
- Serve with rice, kimchi, Ssamjang sauce and salad leaves such as cos lettuce.
