Directions
To Make
- Remove skin from mango and blend together with syrup and water until you a thick puree forms.

- Keep aside 1 tbsp for the topping and 2 tbsp for the mango cream. Pour the remaining puree into the bottom of a tall glass.
- Take 2 tbsp of mango puree and blend together with thickened cream and milk. Set aside.

- Place bamboo whisk into hot water to let it bloom for 2 mins.

- Sift matcha powder into bowl.

- Add hot water and whish with bamboo whisk in a zig-zag motion until foamy. Set aside to cool.

- Add ice cubes in the glass on top of the mango puree.

- Pour the milk over mango puree.

- Finish with a pour of the matcha and top with the mango cream.

- Garnish with some powder and some mango puree on top. Serve immediately.
