To Cook
- Mix the grated onion, garlic and ginger in a small bowl and add the seasonings.
- Heat oil on medium-high in a frying pan, pan-fry the meat in one layer without overlapping. Flip when the bottom is golden brown.
- On a serving plate, place shredded cabbage and cucumber slices. Once the meat is cooked through, remove and place on a serving plate. Pour the mixed seasonings on the pork and sprinkle spring onions. Serve hot.
