To Make
- Marinate minced pork with cornflour, Tsao Shing wine, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
- Heat up a pan, add oil, garlic, ginger, and shallot. Stir fry until aromatic.
- Then, add in the minced pork and stir fry until almost cooked for 5 mins.
- Next, add in corn, french beans, carrot, and oyster king mushrooms. Stir fry for 1 min.
- Finally, add oyster sauce, water, and chicken stock. Stir fry for another 2 mins and turn off the fire.
- Lay out lettuce on a tray and scoop ingredients on the lettuce. Dress with coriander and spring onions. Serve.
