To Cook
- Heat oil in a wok, sauté sliced ginger until fragrant.
- Add pork slices and continue to stir-fry until pork is cooked.
- Add in the Sauce ingredients and stir-fry for 1 min. Adjust to taste with salt and pepper.
- Pour in tapioca starch mixture. Stir through and remove from heat. Serve hot.
