To Cook
- Marinate pork with Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce for 2 hrs.
- Bake pork at 180°C preheated oven for 30 mins, turning once. Brush pork with honey and bake for another 2 mins.
- Remove and let cool slightly before slicing into smaller pieces. Serve with rice or noodles.
