Directions

To Prep

1. Marinate meat in char siu sauce and dry sherry marinade for at least 30 mins.
2. Pre-heat oven to 190°C.

To Cook

1. Brown pork in pan, place in oven for 30 mins.
2. Brush with honey or maltose.
3. Bake for a further 5 mins then remove from oven, rest and slice thinly.
4. Garnish with spring onion.
