Directions
To Prep
- Marinate meat in char siu sauce and dry sherry marinade for at least 30 mins.
- Pre-heat oven to 190°C.
To Cook
- Brown pork in pan, place in oven for 30 mins.
- Brush with honey or maltose.
- Bake for a further 5 mins then remove from oven, rest and slice thinly.
- Garnish with spring onion.
