- Combine the char siu sauce, garlic, soy sauce and oyster sauce in a large non-metallic bowl and mix well.
- Add the pork belly strips and marinate for min. 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking dish and set aside.
- Place belly strips on the bake in the oven for 35 mins turning and basting frequently with remaining marinade.
- When pork is nearly cooked, glaze with honey.
- Remove from oven and allow to rest before slicing. Serve over steamed snow peas.
