To Make
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- In a bowl, mix ABC Sweet Soy Sauce, soy sauce, honey, chilli sauce, oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
- Place the ribs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 1 hour for more flavour).
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, until the ribs are tender.
- Increase oven temperature to 200°C. Remove the foil, baste with the glaze and bake for an additional 12- 15 minutes, until the ribs are caramelised, darkened and slightly sticky.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve with a side of steamed rice and ABC Original Chilli sauce on the side.
