To Make

1. Season steak with salt and pepper.
2. Sear the steak on a hot oiled pan for roughly 60 seconds on all sides. Place in an oven, preheated to 200°C, and cook for approximately 7 minutes (this may vary depending on the thickness of the meat). This is for medium rare.
3. Wrap the steak with butter on top in aluminium foil and leave it to rest for the same amount of time it was cooked in the oven.
4. Serve steak with heated yakitori sauce.

To Make Chat Potato

1. Fine-chop rosemary leaves and mix with salt and finely chopped garlic.
2. Cut chats in half. Steam the chats until 3/4 of the way cooked.
3. Coat chats with the herb mixture and oil. Roast in the oven for approximately 5 minutes and serve with steak.
