Stir fry green beans with minced pork quick, delicious Indonesian recipe features long green beans and ground pork seasoned with the classic sambal oelek and stir fried to perfection!

Ingredients:

100g minced pork
160g dried minced prawns (blended)
50 ml ABC sweet Soy Sauce (Kecap Manis)
2 tsp Yeo's Sambal Oeleck
1 pinch sesame oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
500g green beans (sliced into 5 cm lengths)
4 tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic (finely Chopped)
2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional as garnish)




Steps:
  1. In a wok, sauté green beans in 2 tbsp of oil for 3 to 4 mins and set aside. Heat remaining 2 tbsp of the cooking oil in wok and fry garlic for 1 min until fragrant.
  2. Add minced pork and minced prawns mixture and stir fry for 2 mins.
  3. Add water, sambal oelek, sweet soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt and green beans, stir fry until cooked and serve.
