Honey Soy Beef Stir Fry recipe

Ingredients:

400g lean beef (sliced into thick slices)
1 tbsp oil
¼ tsp cracked black pepper
4 spring onions (sliced)
200g snap peas
120ml Lee Kum Kee Stir-Fry Essentials Oriental Honey & Soy
Udon noodles prepared according to packet instructions
Dashi seasoning (to garnish)
lemon wedges (to garnish)




Steps:
  1. In a bowl combine beef, oil and black pepper, mix well.
  2. Heat a wok over medium; stir-fry the beef for 2-3 mins or until well-browned.
  3. Add the spring onions and snap peas and stir-fry for 2 mins.
  4. Make a well in the centre of the wok and pour Oriental Honey & Soy and stir until sauce bubbles.
  5. Stir fry for another 2 mins. Serve stir-fry beef over rice or noodles, garnish with dashi seasoning and a wedge of lemon.
