Hoi Sin Stir-Fry Prawns with Ramen Noodles and Chinese Broccoli
Hoi Sin Stir Fry Prawns


A super quick stir-fry of Prawns in an aromatic Hoi Sin sauce. Serve with Ramen Noodles and Chinese Broccoli to complete the recipe! Enjoy your Ramen noodles !

Ingredients:

24 large prawns (shelled and deveined)
2 tsp oil
½ tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 bunch Chinese broccoli (trimmed and sliced)
100g snow peas (stringed and halved)
5 spring onions (sliced diagonally)
½ cup Lee Kum Kee Stir-Fry Essentials Asian Hoisin
270g Hakubaku Ramen Noodles (cooked according to packet instructions and drained)
fried garlic (to garnish)




Steps:
  1. In a bowl, toss together prawns, oil and sesame seeds until prawns are well coated.
  2. Heat wok to medium heat, add prawns and stir-fry for 2-3 mins. Remove prawns and set aside.
  3. Return wok to heat, add vegetables and stir-fry for 3- 4 mins.
  4. Make a well in the centre of the vegetables and pour in Asian Hoisin; stir until sauce bubbles. Return the prawns to wok and stir-fry for 1 min.
  5. Serve over prepared ramen noodles and garnish with a sprinkle of fried garlic.
