Celebrate the Year of the Dragon with wondrous colours, entertaining performances, and gastronomic Asian flavours – all at the Georges River Council Lunar New Year Festival. Happening on Saturday 3 February 2024 at Forest Road, Hurstville & Hurstville Plaza.

Come meet our Asian Inspiration team! We got cooking demos with Chef Heather Jeong, yummy foods and awesome giveaways, just for you! Also be sure to experience the vibrant street markets and enjoy the colourful cultural shows.

• 1:00pm – 1:45pm: Prosperity Toss (Yee Sang) to invigorate good health, wealth and prosperity
• 2:15pm – 3:00pm: Longevity Noodles to symbolise long life
• 4:00pm – 4:45pm: Dumplings for Wealth and Fortune
• 5:15pm – 6:00pm: Spicy Pork and Squid Stir Fry
• 6:15pm – 7:00pm: Prosperity Spring Rolls
