Chicken Stir Fry

with fresh chilli, ginger & garlic and Chinese veg

Ingredients :

Sliced Chicken breast
Minced fresh garlic
Grated ginger
2 chilli (seeded if preferred)
1 onion in wedges
Capsicum thinly sliced
Fresh beans
Bok Choy
Thinly sliced carrot
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of water
2 tablespoons of peanut oil

Cooking Steps :

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and cook the chicken in two batches, adding 1/2 tablespoon of oil for the 2nd batch
Add the rest of the oil and cook the oil and capsicum for about 2 minutes
Then add chilli, garlic and ginger for about a minute or aromatic
Add the rest of the vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes before adding back the chicken
Then add the sauces and water and stir through till the sauce coats everything
Serve with rice or noodles
