My Kitchen Rules 2018 finalist Kim Tran has brought the flavours of Vietnam to HWKR. Slightly different from what you can find on the menu at her restaurant Ms Kim in Williamstown, the adapted pop up menu for HWKR is full of street food classics.
Some stand out dishes we liked were the Banh Xeo (a crispy savoury pancake filled with pork, prawn and fresh veggies), the Vermicelli Noodle Salad (definitely get the crispy roast pork!) and the Crispy Chicken on Tomato Rice.
