Chilli Garlic Beef
A spicy beef stir-fry for those who are lovers of spice. Try this Chinese recipe.

400g lean beef (sliced thickly)
3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp oil
1 red capsicum (deseeded and diced)
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
2 spring onion (sliced finely)
- Combine the beef with 1 tbsp of oyster sauce in a bowl. Marinate for 15 mins.
- Heat fry pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add oil and stir-fry the garlic for 1 min. Add beef and stir-fry for 4-5 mins.
- Add capsicum and stir-fry for 2-3 mins. Add chilli garlic sauce, remaining 2 tbsp oyster sauce and stir-fry until heated through. Serve sprinkled with the sliced spring onion.
Hint: This dish is delicious served with steamed greens such as asparagus or broccoli.
