Geographic proximity has introduced many magnificent flavours from the Far East and Southeast Asia to Aussie foodies for decades, shaping the gastronomical landscape we enjoy today – thanks in no small part to the Asian chefs who brought their authentic flavours, techniques and ingredients.
For them, food is never just-food. There is an expression of love and shared experiences. There are flavours that excite, inspire, soothe, and delight; as well as the nourishment that reenergizes our bodies and spirits. It is this passion that Asian chefs often infused within their cooking.
