Haven’t we told you that “the secret is in the sauce?” Here’s another Asian pantry favourite and this time, it’s a well-loved Indonesian household brand – the ABC Sweet Soy Sauce (Kecap Manis). For generations, this little bottle of syrupy soy goodness has added its signature touch of sweet, savoury, smoky, malty and toffee-like flavours to many iconic Indonesian and South-East Asian dishes.
