Hwachae is a traditional Korean punch made with seasonal fruits in a variety of juice, vinegar, honey or carbonated drinks. They're so easy to make and such a hit for hot summer days!
½ Korean pear (peeled, halved and thinly sliced)
230ml (1 cup) drinking rice vinegar (blackberry and blueberry flavoured)
600ml (2½ cups) sparkling water
600ml (2½ cups) crushed ice
Yakgwa (cinnamon cookies)
