Ingredients:

4 bundles wheat noodles
200g skirt beef (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 clove garlic (minced)
100g snow peas
1 red capsicum (cut into diamonds)
2 Jade phoenix Dried Shiitake Mushrooms (soaked in boiling water for 5 mins and halved; stems removed)
1 medium onion (finely sliced)
2 tbsp water
100g fresh bean sprouts
5 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce

Marinade

1 tsp corn flour
1 tsp Double Phoenix Shao Xing Cooking Wine
1tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
1 tsp sugar




Steps:
  1. Cook noodles, according to pack instructions. Set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, combine marinade ingredients. Marinate beef for 15 mins.
  3. Heat oil in wok. Add ginger, garlic and onion; stir-fry for 1 min. Add beef, stir-fry for 3 mins.
  4. Add snow peas, capsicum and mushrooms; stir-fry for 2 mins. Add water, cover for 1 min.
  5. Add bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, oyster sauce and noodles; stir-fry for 4 mins. Serve.
