Braised pork recipe, made in a Vietnamese style, served with hard boiled eggs.
1kg Pork belly, sliced
350ml Soda water
400ml Chaokoh Coconut juice
6 Eggs, hard boiled and remove shell
3 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
6 tbsp. Squid Fish sauce
3 tbsp. ABC Sweet Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. White pepper
1. Combine meat, soda water and coconut juice in a pot and bring to the boil. Remove any froth on the surface.
2. Add seasoning mix, and cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and braise for 1 hour.
3. Add eggs, braise for 10 minutes. Serve hot with steamed Jasmine rice.
