This delicious vegetarian soup contains everything needed to delight the palate of even hard-core meat or seafood eaters!

Ingredients:

1.5lt water
4 pkts Myojo Vegetarian Soup Noodle
50g bean curd (cut into 1cm cubes)
3 small button mushrooms (sliced)
1 head bok choy (cut into 4cm lengths)




Steps:
  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Add noodles and cook for 4 mins.
  3. Add flavouring, bean curd, mushroom and bok choy. Cook for 1 min.
  4. Pour the soup into bowls and serve hot!
