Udon Noodles with Shredded Pork Japanese Recipe

Ingredients:

200g x 3 pkts Udon noodles
100g pork fillet (sliced into thin strips)
1 tsp corn flour
1 tbsp cooking oil
½ red capsicum (julienned)
1 small onion (finely sliced)
1 tsp minced ginger
½ cup canned straw mushrooms (rinsed and drained)
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce




Steps:
  1. Prepare noodles as per pack instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, coat pork with cornflour.
  3. Heat wok, add oil. Add capsicum, onion and ginger; stir-fry until soft.
  4. Add pork, stir-fry for a further 4 mins. Add mushrooms and sauces.
  5. Add noodles, stir-fry until heated through. Serve.
