300g long beans (cut into 3cm lengths)
250g firm tofu (sliced into even-sized chunks (2cm)
5 garlic cloves (finely sliced)
3 shallots (sliced)
195ml vegetable oil
30ml LKK Soy Sauce
30ml oyster sauce (vegetarian available, if desired)
Tip: Substitute long beans for any other vegetables you have in your fridge e.g. cauliflower, carrots and broccoli.
