Thai Grilled Beef Salad


Perfect as an entrée, or a light and healthy lunch or dinner, this Thai Grilled Beef Salad recipe has a high iron content and very low fat content and is perfect for the diet conscious.

Ingredients:

400g beef rump steak
3 tbsp Squid Fish Sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp mint (chopped)
3 tbsp coriander
1 cucumber (sliced thinly)
1 red chilli (deseeded and chopped)




Steps:
  1. Pan fry rump steak (about 5 mins each side) and allow to rest.
  2. Combine all other ingredients to make the dressing and add sugar and slat to taste.
  3. Slice beef very thinly, add the dressing, toss well and refrigerate.
